hhmmmmm

Well, I'm a bad, bad blogger and probably will continue to be, let's face it, it is what it is.....

Catching up....I have a new job, I think I posted about it, but I've been there for about 3 months now, and I LOVE IT...it's the best job I've ever had..and I actually work 40 hours a week...never really worked as hard as I do, and I'm just not complaining, the people, the job, all of it wonderful....so primarily that's the reason for my lack of blogging, just haven't really had the time....but again, not complaining for a minute.

The girls are doing really well, we are just rounding up our Spring Break, we started it w/ our annual Easter Camping trip...had a blast, another family from our summer family of camper's joined us this year and they are in for next year...I think we may actually go to a different campground next year, but still it was fun...the kids had a blast and to be able to go camping again...that was a thrill for all of them. The hard part is John's truck decided on the way home, it was just tired, sick and tired of pulling that camper...so we decided to stop and drop it off at the campground and store it there until we put it on site next month. And of course in true fashion we left something in there that we needed at home, so John is literally there as we speak taking care of a few things and will be home soon. We did however discover a few tricks that will hopefully help for future storage issues and keep it clean and smelling better after long periods of storage..he is handling that too...thanks honey!!!

Amelia, well she's Amelia and that's all I can say....she tests us everyday!!! I think God has put her in our family to do just that...and truthfully there are definately times I just fail...miserably...boy can she push my buttons...that's for sure....honestly I have no where else to put the stuff in my junk drawer...scissors, neosporin..pens...you name it...really where can I put them????? LOL

Kaylie continues to excel in school, and just doing great....she fights w/ her sister on a daily basis, but isn't that what most sister's do. Ultimately they love each other very much, and that's all I can ask for...........

John is working his butt off, literally, well, not so literally...as you know he stopped smoking last year and his belly, well it shows..LOL. But he is working very hard, he got a promotion at work and he doesn't have to work so hard physically anymore...so yeah!!!

I, well, I am turning 40 next week,...and the only reason I admit the number "40", is because I have a 7 year old that will argue w/ me if I don't....but it is what it is, and I don't feel 40...other than my lower back..it's been killing me lately...but that's life..it goes on...........
